Me.

Well … My name’s Beth. I live in Kirkby-in-Ashfield (which isn’t the nicest area in England, but hey, I live in a nice house and my family are great, so I have no complaints!).

I go to the Brunts School, in Mansfield, where I’m doing my ALevels (yuck!),  I’m in my last year of school, which is terrifying, but strangely exciting! I’m studying Performance Studies, Religious Studies, and Psychology.

When I’m not at school (which seems to be hardly ever!) I enjoy knitting, sewing, drawing (very badly!), playing my guitars (Bob and Jimmy), painting and occasionally gardening. I also love to be outdoors, so mountaineering, rock and ice climbing are things that I really enjoy! Oh, and sailing and boating on the canals, as we’ve amassed a collection of boats which have all been loving restored by my dad (and me, but more by dad). I’m also a huge fan of music. My CD collection ranges from Iron Maiden to Mika! I’m eclectic, what can I say?!? I have music for every mood! I really don’t know what I’d do without music. I’m from a pretty musical family. My mum was a singer (well still is but she only sings for us now!) and my sister is following in her footsteps!

My other interests? Umm, being a Greenpeace active supporter (that means I get to know about protests and petitions and things, it helps me do my bit!), meditating (it helps me focus my mind, which needs alot of focusing!), that’s about it really!

That’s basically me!
